Rainbow Transportation Services, Inc., a Buffalo NY non medical transportataion service, currently manages the transportation function of a major Medicaid HMO in New York State. Under this contract, Rainbow Transportation Services, Inc. developed and manages a transportation program which includes all scheduling and dispatching of transportation services for 185,000 members across New York State.

This service includes non-emergent ambulatory and non-ambulatory transportation in Buffalo. Each trip has a scheduled pick up time and the return trip is done by demand response.
